We ordered this large generator for emergency back-up. Living in Kansas can mean ice storms or tornadoes! Our generator was delivered a day earlier than the estimated receiving date. Carrier was ABF and service was excellent! The generator was received in perfect condition and was as described by Amazon.com. The final assembly was easy. Added gas and motor oil and started on the second pull! I am impressed by having the automatic idle control and also the circuit breakers and engine running time meter. I have not had to use for emergency yet, but have started weekly to test. Also, we ordered the large generator cover. The cover was very easy to fit and install. Over all, we give this unit a 5 star rating.
