Although I never heard of this brand, the product reviews put my mind at ease. In comparison with name brands at Lowe's and Home Depot, I got about 2,000 additional Watts for the same price!
As soon as I received the generator, I added gas and oil, and it started on the second pull! (The first one was really slow to make sure the coil wasn't hung up). I recently used it during a power outage. It did the job as advertised! (And it started on the second pull as well!)
In an ideal world, I would have liked to have had a Watt meter on it so I could tell what my load is. I've pretty much calculated everything in the house, so it isn't that big of a deal.
One wheel had a dead spot. I called the company, and they told me to send them a copy of the receipt, and they'd send me a new wheel right away.
