The first generator that was delivered to us was damaged. I called Amazon and they gave me instructions on returning it. They were very nice and helpful. A different delivery service brought the second generator and it is fine. My husband has started it up to make sure it is going to work in case we have another hurricane or whatever. It started up fine and it isn't very noisy.
